After a fun-filled weekend, Mondays can be difficult to face head on. We’ve all been there; the Sunday scaries lead to an alarm going off on Monday morning and you having an attitude that’s just a bit more negative than it was a day or two ago.

We can beat those Monday blues! It’s about discovering some products and creating some rituals that will get you excited for everyday, no matter its title.

I approach the end of my weekends with a grateful heart for all the fun and rest- and if you use Sunday evening to share one more bottle of wine with a friend, draw yourself a bath, or sit down with some good music as you begin drafting your week’s to-dos, starting your week on the right foot won’t be so difficult!

I’m also someone who loves my mornings. Sundays don’t bum me out because I know I’ll be waking on Monday to some slow, intentional time with myself, a good breakkie, and a good drink. A great tasting and quality drink is crucial to my mornings and is exactly what I need to perk myself up and get me feeling ready for the day. My recent Farmbox delivery included these insanely delicious bottles of almond milk perfection and with one sip, I was hooked.

Pop & Bottle makes pure, organic almond milk using simple and wholesome ingredients and uses five times the number of almonds compared to conventional brands so their milk tastes ridiculously delicious.

The have five delectable flavors: vanilla bean, cacao, chai spice, cold brew coffee, and matcha green tea. My box included the cold brew coffee and cacao flavors and while I fell in love with the cold brew coffee, I’ll undoubtedly be trying all of their other flavors as well (hello matcha!).

Shifting your outlook on the start of the week isn’t difficult- carve out some time for yourself on Sunday evenings and Monday mornings, include a new ritual or two, and absolutely arm yourself with a bottle from Pop & Bottle. Mondays here we come!
