rolling greens floral workshop recap

A while ago, I hosted a floral styling and cocktail mixing workshop at Rolling Greens, one of my all-time favorite nurseries in Los Angeles. It was such a beautiful Sunday afternoon of people gathering to spend intentional time with one another while creating the dreamiest spring arrangements (and crafting some delicious cocktails of course).

I chose the combo of floral styling and drink mixology because arranging flowers can be so calming and therapeutic- with such a beautiful outcome! And it doesn’t require so much concentration that you can’t reach over for a sip of your delicious drink čÖé

I will be hosting more events like these in the future so check our events page and keep an eye out for our newsletter with updates (and subscribe if you haven’t already!).

My favorite cocktail of the afternoon was the spicy mezcal margarita, made with fresh jalape├▒o and smokey mezcal. The recipe is below!

Spicy Mezcal Margarita

1-2 slices jalapeno
2 oz mezcal
2 oz ginger lemon Health-Ade
2 lime wedges

In a cocktail glass, muddle your jalape├▒o and the lime juice from one wedge. Stir in your mezcal. Add a scoop of ice, then top with your Health Ade and extra lime wedge!
