Podcast: Grief, Identity Work and Taking Back Your Life

Note: Intro ends and our conversation with Donovan starts at about 11 min.

Hey friends, and welcome back to another episode and we're so excited that you are here! This week's episode is such a gift.

Donovan Taylor Hall is a youth advocate and educator that teaches kids how to build positive self-identity. He has been featured on the Today Show, NowThis, DailyMailTV, and several podcasts to talk about the importance of positive youth development.

Donovan teaches his self skills curriculum through coaching, speeches, and online content. He is currently working on creating an educational entertainment show to help reach an even bigger audience of kids.

But here's the thing, while Donovan spends most of his time working with young adults, his words and his story is an invitation to reconnect to the little child inside of us all--and it's beautiful.

On this episode we talk about:

• taking on other people's identity
• grief work and what it looks like
• giving yourself permission|
• inner child healing
• what it looks like to take back your life
