Ginger Miso Dressing: the best dip for everything

Everything is better with sauces, am I right??

I make a lot of bowls and a lot of roasted veggies and this dressing is by far my favorite. It is SO flavorful and goes with just about anything. Try it on a salad, with salmon, on rice, or just to dip veggies in. I swear it won’t disappoint.

Plus, miso is a fermented food that is amazing for your gut. We know that gut health is crucial for physical, emotional, and mental wellness, so eat up! Plus, miso is packed with B, E and K vitamins so you’re basically packing in health with your sauce. That is a win.

Ginger Miso Dressing:

2 Tbsp miso
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 Tbsp coconut aminos or Soy sauce 
1 large chunk peeled ginger
Dash of lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp honey
1-2 Tbsp water

Add all of your ingredients into a Vitamix or blender and that’s it! It’s magic.
